snow falling on screen

  How do I add snow falling on the screen that WP has around the holidays? I went to settings earlier and found it, but now, I cannot seem to incorporate that into my December post. Any help? Thanks

  The snow effect is a seasonal feature that can be turned on in Dashboard > Settings > General every Christmas season on WordPress.com blogs.

  Go to your dashboard.
  Navigate to Settings → General.
  Check the box next to “Show falling snow on this blog.”
