snow is not working

Hi there! I’ve checked the snow feature in Settings yesterday and saved it, but alas the snow isn’t working. Same on a second blog of mine. Browser cache and cookies cleared. Any suggestions? Thank you, Jule

Thanks for confirming. Suppose everyone but the logged in blog owner can see it? Just logged in under another user name and there it was.

Odd – I can see the snow on another blog I own and I can see the snow when I am logged in – – strange – but glad you can see the snow

Strange indeed – when I’m logged as dave the muse (also admin rights for fromtheboudoir, but different account) there’s neither snow. When I visit the other blog that should have snow, http://jule62.wordpress.com logged in as dave the muse (no admin rights) – still no snow. Logged in under different user name from other account, the snow’s there on both blogs. Maybe it’s got something to do with the account (fromtheboudoir is the main blog, jule62 is run under the same account). – Well, if I’m the only one who cannot see it, it’s fine with me.

Hi Dave – It’s likely you accidentally disabled snow for that user account (some people want to disable snow across the board, so there’s an option for this):
https://wordpress.com/settings/account/Is the Snow box there unchecked when you log in with the account where you’re not seeing it? Note that when you check the box, you’ll need to clear your browser cache before the snow starts to show up again.
