Snowflakes on blog posts

  I look forward every December for “snow flakes” falling on my blog posts. Would it be possible for tiny hearts on Valentine’s Day,shamrock, or firecrackers the rest of the year, at appropriate seasons of course. How about balloons on a person’s anniversary with WordPress?
