So angry I need a refund

I asked you to cancel and I got a refund then you took the money again. I urgently need to get a refund and I want my details removed. This is so stressful. I want my money back now!!!!

I’m seeing a purchase as having been made on
2022-04-26 and then a refund processed that same day. I do not see any second charge. It might be worth checking with your bank as sometimes charges/refunds can display strangely if they happen on the same day.Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

I complained after first charge. A refund was made as described. In my visa on same date, another charge was made by WordPress to my credit card by your automated system. I am happy to provide screenshot to prove this and I require a refund. This is so upsetting and stressful.

This is so upsetting. I don’t have the money to fund this hobby and I want a refund. I received a further email with a receipt. Please check your system for the same day in April.

With that said, I did look up the transaction ID, and it corresponds to the €66.00 charge on April 26 that my colleague mentioned earlier.
The refund was sent shortly after, also on April 26.
Usually when that happens, it’s processed as a reversal, meaning your credit card provider would have simply removed the charge.
I recommend contacting them to double-check, and if they claim that is not the case, please contact our billing department with screenshots of the statement by emailing [email protected]
