So many unverified visitors on my site

I have just received notifications that I am getting contacted by unverified visitors. They have an email, but the name is just a bunch of letters/numbers. Why is this happening? Below is an example of what I am getting in by inbox:

YOUR NAME: 59020c36b4948
QUESTION/COMMENT:
Time: April 27, 2017 at 11:20 am
IP Address: 62.210.245.138
Contact Form URL: http://www.gingerbcoaching.com/

Looks like spammers, but gingerbcoaching.com isn’t hosted at WordPress.com.
This support forum is for sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your question is about a self-hosted WordPress site and you’ll find help at the WordPress.org forums.

I thought it was a wordpress site??? Not sure what you mean by hosted?
Everything I do is on wordpress; all plugins and so forth.

It is a WordPress site. It just isn’t hosted on WordPress.com.

OK, yes. Bluehost is the hosting site. So what am I suppose to do with all these emails that are flooding in from unverified visitors?
