  is there a way to clone a wordpress site as a copy and then transfer that copy to another account? And to use the work that I’ve done already?

  Here at WordPress,com you can create another site, add the same theme and then export/import the content you have created from the first site to the new site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
