So quick but: highlight/rollover on hyperlinks?

  I know this is such a newbie question but I’m out of touch, and darned if I can’t find this in supports or in the forums.
  Problem: hyperlinks that aren’t highlighted, although they do work when clicked.
  I’ve forgotten where to go / what adjustment to make to make the links more visible?
