So upset. Lost plugins

  I contacted Bluehost to fix my page that was showing as error in the browser when I tried to login to WordPress via Bluehost. They did fix that issue, but then all my plugins disappeared. I contacted them again and they said to try restoring and provided me dates.
  I tried going to cpanel and restoring, I think I clicked the wrong thing and now I am very frustrated and upset. Can you please help. The message I am getting g when I try to install a plug-in again is ‘Error fetching plugins on Cam Be Natural’ HELP!
