It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=straznicywartosci.pl
Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMFor more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
Let me know if you have any questions!

podworkocapitol.wordpress.com >> podworko.wroclaw.pl
Regarding podworko.wroclaw.pl. Have you followed the instructions here to set up subdomain mapping:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
Specifically, have you set up a CNAME record through the registrar where you purchased your domain?

Yes, of course i’ve tried to point to WordPress.com servers but it’s blocked becouse of SOA records missing and i cannot save my settings.

When you say this, is that the issue for both domains? Or just the podworko.wroclaw.pl one?

Domain cannot be pointed to WordPress, becouse SOA is missing, WordPress says that domaind does not point to WP – and what now?
-
SOA is not something that we at WordPress control. You will need to talk to your domain registrar I’m afraid.

Hey, it’s working right now. No-one has changed anything but its (straznicywartosci) working.
