For what WordPress.com website do you need this? Just to clarify, you’ve posted to the community forum for websites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider.

Hi! I don’t have any site right now, but I’m interested in hosting our company’s site using the business plan and we want to do some security compliance assessment on WordPress’s SaaS platform before we can make the decision. I don’t see any way to speak to their sales people for WordPress.com and the virtual assistant advised that I need to ask in the forum to get Security Team’s contact in order to ask for SOC2 Type II report as their human support is only available with paid plan, but now I see that this is a community forum. I asked virtual assitance again mentioning my concern and this time it told me I can send my question to the email address help@wordpress.com.
