Socail Menu, likes and share buttons.

    My social menu, likes and share buttons are not working on my chrome browser. I thought this was a Theme issue and changed it but it’s not. They work fine in the Edge browser. What’s happening?

    I hope I get this resolved ASAP.

    They seem to be working ok for me in a Chrome browser – what are you experiencing exactly?

    Do you have any browser extensions installed?

    I just reinstalled Chrome. It’s solved. I don’t know what went wrong though hehe :)
    I do have extensions…

    Hello

    I am experiencing the issue again. What does it have to do with my extensions? I didn’t have this problem before. Now, the like & share buttons are not appearing in Chrome. They appear in Edge. I don’t want to reinstall Chrome again.

    Should I just switch to Edge??

    Hi there,

    In this situation what we recommend is that you disable all extensions (so that you can get the page to load correctly) and then you re-activate the extensions one at a time. After you activate an extension, reload the page, the see if that one caused the issue. If not move on to the next one and repeate.

    Doing this you can find the extension that is causing issues by process of elemination.

    From there, it may be the case that there are settings in the extension you can use so that it does not affect your site. Another option is to see if there is a different extension (that offers the same functionality) that you can use instead. It may be the case that you can find an extension that does what you want it to do, but also does not cause issues with your site.

    Hi

    It worked! I had to Uncheck this option in the AdblockPlus extension.

    (Block social media icon tracking: Prevent social media networks from building a profile of you based on your browsing habits.)

    I restarted chrome instead of reloading the page.
