Is there a way to connect my blog to my social accounts so if I add a new post it will automatically post to my facebook and facebook page?

Yes. You can set up Publicize https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/ to autopost for you. You can also set up social network Sharing icons https://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/ for your viewers to use.
