  How do i install a social bookmarks plugin in my wordpress.com blog
  Coz there is no any plugin upload option in the admin section.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install plugins on a WordPress.com blog. Please see this sticky thread:

  As an alternative Addthis social bookmarking will work with wordpress: http://support.wordpress.com/addthis/
