Social followers

  I am able to see my WordPress and Email followers but not the list of social followers. I can see the follower count only. Is it possible to see the names of social followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, the list of Social followers is only available on the social network you’ve connected to your WordPressdotcom website via Publicize, such as FB, twitter, etc.

  Hello Jennifer. Thank you for the help. But my query has not been resolved yet. I have connected my wordpressdotcom website via Publicize, such as FB and Twitter. I am not able to see the names of my followers who have signed up to my website using FB and Twitter. I can see names of email and WordPress followers only. I do not have a primary domain. Is the domain required to see the names of social followers?

  Hi there, if you are referring to the number you see in your Insights stats dashboard under “Follower Totals”, then please see my above answer. That number reflects the total number of people who see your post when it is pushed to FB and Twitter via Publicize. They haven’t signed up to “follow” your website like WordPressdotcom users do, so you won’t find their names in your Follower dashboard here on WordPressdotcom.

  Hi there,

  To add to Jennifer’s reply, we cannot show the names of the people following your connected Twitter and Facebook accounts, because Twitter and Facebook does not provide that information to us. All they provide is a total follower count.
