Hi, I’m having a tough time with my Instagram social icon.
Every time I go to ‘Customize’, then ‘Top Bar’, then ‘Social’, I insert my Instagram URL on ‘Instagram’, then press ‘Publish’. Then, I proceed to click on my Instagram icon at the top bar of my webpage, and as soon as I try to click on it, a ban icon pops up. After several times trying this and looking for answers on the internet, I ran into a plugin that was suggested called ‘Smash Balloon Instagram Feed’ Plugin; I installed it. I connected my Instagram account to it, but I’m still not seeing results.

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please contact support for the Instagram plugin you’re using directly for help with this.

That site isn’t hosted with us, so we have no access to it, and no control over how it works.
The Instagram icon in the top bar looks like it’s added by the OceanWP theme you’re using, so best to contact their support directly for help with that:
