Social Icon Colours don’t Change from Black
-
Hi,
I’m using the Sydney theme, and the social icons in the footer have changed from white to black after the theme update, which conflicts with the footer’s black colour. They do not change to any colour other than black and only appear when I add a white background. I also cannot access the CSS code; it only displays the HTML code:
<ul class="wp-block-social-links aligncenter has-visible-labels has-icon-color"><!-- wp:social-link {"url":"https://www.facebook.com/yorkmotion","service":"facebook"} /-->
<!-- wp:social-link {"url":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/york-u-motion-media-studio-york-university/posts/?feedView=all","service":"linkedin"} /-->
<!-- wp:social-link {"url":"https://www.instagram.com/yorkmotion/","service":"instagram"} /--></ul>The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Bear in mind that Sydney theme is not WordPress.com or WordPress.org theme so people in the forum won’t be familiar with is.
Regarding the CSS, you cannot access theme CSS but you can (usually) overwrite it in the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
I would also recommend checking it with the theme support or developer.
I hope it helps!
