  The icons don’t show, despite the URL being the global version and I can’t add other icons either. Any idea on how to fix this?

  Hi there,

  The Social Links menu in your theme can only show icons for social media services. So if you add a link to your Facebook page in that menu, it will show a Facebook icon, and a link to your Twitter profile will show a Twitter icon, etc.

  At the moment you only have pages from your own site added to that menu, and those will not show any icons, as that menu is not meant to be used for pages from your site. Those should go in the Primary Menu of your site instead:

  Hi and thank you so much!

  I should have explained the I was using widgets and I couldn’t find them on the site page but it’s fine. I’ve switched and made the social links menu as you’ve suggested but I also can’t find it on the actual site.

  Any help?

  I’m seeing social icons under your site title, which have been added via the social links menu in the Customiser. It looks like you’ve got this sorted now but please let me know if you any further help.

  Hi, I’m glad it’s sorted. It turns out it wouldn’t load on my computer for some reason but it’s all good now. Thanks for the help!
