Social icons in the menu

  Social icons in the menu
  I check here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/advanced-menu-settings/
  I have css classes options, but it do not convert twitter or facebook in icons.
  What about CSS options in the menu? Is it only for premium theme? And why does this option appear in my theme?
  Also I checked this: http://nathaningram.com/tutorials/easy-social-icons-in-the-wordpress-navigation-menu/
  It seems very simple, but it does not work out.

  Hi there,

  Adjusting the CSS classes for your menu items will not automatically convert the links into icons. You’ll need to set up those icons using Custom CSS. Custom CSS is part of the Custom Design upgrade, so you’ll need to purchase that upgrade if you want to edit the CSS for your theme. (You can do that with any theme, not just premium themes.)
