Social icons (Jetpack)

I am trying to add social icons at the footer of my page and facing some challenges. 1) widget allows me to add only 1 social URL, clicking on ‘Add an icon’ button doesn’t add new lines. 2) I did try with this one line, and seems to me that widget is not working. It doesn’t add anything in to my footer. Later I tried to add this widget into any other sidebar, same result, it doesn’t appear anywhere

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with BlueHost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
