social icons on my pages need to be removed

  I have added social icons to almost all my pages. You can see them at enearhere.com/members or enearhere.com/account they are on the left side. They look terrible on mobile phone. I can’t remember where in settings or dashboard that I added them. Do you know how to remove them?
