Social Link buttons with DARA theme

  Hi,

  I have set up the Dara theme for my website. I tried to follow this tutorial https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/social-links-menu/ about setting up the social links menu and have added all my social page urls to custom links on my site. When I try and add them to my header it only gives one option to display in header and then it replaces my page buttons. I want them added above my pages bar in circle icons under the header image but I am unsure of how to do this.

  Do you have more information please? My site I am in process of trying to build is http://acolourfulplace.ie/

  I checked your site. It is not hosted on WordPress.com, your domain acolourfulplace.ie points to blacknight.com . Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user. The link you are referring is for WordPress.com users.
