Remove target=”_blank” from each of the links you have in the text widget that displays your social media icons.
By the way, this forum is to help WordPress.com users. WordPress.org forums are the best place to get help with self-hosted blog like yours. Here is the link to WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/themes-and-templates

The blog in question is hosted on wordpress.com. The query is directed to the creator / other users of the Notebook theme.
The social icons in the sidebar is not a widget, it’s a premium theme feature. There’s no HTML involved here.

Oops sorry. I checked http://www.blog.myntra.com/ which is self-hosted. Just realized you are seeking help with blog.myntra.com which is a WordPress.com blog.
Social icons in the Notebook theme is a custom menu. So you can activate Link Targets from Advanced Menu Settings. The unselect Open link in a new window/tab checkbox for each social menu item.
