Social Login to Register/Submit Survey – Does this not exist?!

Need a WordPress Guru who can implement a social login as a condition to submitting a sign up/registration form. LinkedIn. There is a plugin with a login through Linkedin. However, I cannot find anything that ties into a survey type question.
Currently I have Super Socializer plugin installed, which provides LinkedIN’s social login (also google+, facebook, twitter). We want to use LinkedIn’s social login & Google+ as a prerequisite to use the sign up form so we get the customers information.
Looking for someone who can implement this.
Ideally, the registration would allow the person to save their progress on the sign up form, but that might not be possible. Is there a template or form form that has a social login + to use a form, then it saves as you progress through the registration form?

Anyone have any ideas? Some programmer just quoted $1,000 to do it. I find that hard to believe!
