  If you have a theme that supports a Social Links menu, you could add them through that:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/social-links-menu/

  You could also add them using the Social Media Icons Widget:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/social-media-icons-widget/
