  How can I make my wordpress website into a social media where even users can create posts?

  Hi @nipunleads, I’d recommend adding users to the site:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  They should be able to use this link to create an account without creating a site:
  https://wordpress.com/start/account/user

  You’ll want to be sure you understand user roles, too:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  If you want an experience more like a typical social media network, you might try P2, or you could install a plugin like BuddyPress or one of its alternatives. Just note if you want to install that here, you’ll need our Business Plan:
