Social Media attachements

  I tried following the BlueHost ‘How To’ but those options are disabled. I need to know how to put the Icons for Instgram, Pinterest, etc. for social media on my blog. I cannot find the options as I’m setting up my blog and BlueHost continued to refer me to WordPress, so I’m lost.
