Social media buttons and icons using html code from social media sites

    I’m trying to add a badge in the form of a social media button from Instagram to my blogs sidebar and it says to copy and paste the html code from instagram to my blog which I tried to do using a text widget but the html code shows up when I publish it with the icon at the end. How do I do this and not show the html code?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Barbara,

    The Text widget appears to be stripping out the <style> tags containing the button’s CSS, which is why you are seeing the actual code displayed in the widget.

    You might want to try using our native Instagram widget, which is shown here:
