social media buttons are no longer recording shares on facebook or twitter. Is there a fix for that?

Is there a fix for social media icons located below my posts to show the numbers of shares? They were working previously. Thank you.

Hi there,
Facebook no longer provides share counts for third party buttons like the ones you have active on your site.
The only way to still display a Facebook share count is to switch to the Official Buttons style.
Twitter has not provided share counts for their button for over two years.
