Social media buttons on Bueno home page

  Hi all,
  Does anyone know how to display social media buttons ont he homepage and not on single-article page only for the theme Bueno (such as in: http://bittensmitten.com)?
  Secondly, it seems that the Facebook button is a “like” only button. Is there a way to have a “share” button too?
