Social Media Buttons on Sorbet Themes

  I just selected the Sorbet theme to use on my blog, and I’m confused about how to add the social media buttons to the top. In the demo of that theme it looked like you could add them to connect with the rest of your social media. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks!
