social media buttons on the the top of each post

  Hi there,

  on wordpress.com can i add social buttons on the top of each post, so they should appear on the preview and not after the read more options? I’d like to change theme for my blog and get a more sharable one.

  If so, can you suggest me the perfect theme for that?
