Social Media Compatible Plugins (WordPress 3.01)

  Through my wordpress account I am able to have my blog posts submitted to twitter and facebook.

  However my install of wordpress on another server, I am not able to. I assume a plugin is needed? I was wondering if anyone knew of a plugin that would allow me to do that? I search for plugins but they only have compatibility up to versions 2.x.x, not 3.x.x.

  Do you suggest I try installing some of them and checking if they function correctly? (Of course backing up first )

  Sorry if I was meant to post this on wordpress.org, but I thought obviously someone could give me the answer if they knew what plugins are installed on wordpress.com to give my blog the functionality it has.
