Social media icon does not appear

  Hi there, I’m using a Radcliffe theme, and the social media icons only appear in my posts, and not the homepage, been looking around for a solution for hours but none of it helped, I’m new in this..please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that no social networking icons appear on the front page there either. We click a post title, read the post and then click social networking icons at the bottom of the post if we want to share it. To enable sharing icons see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/
