  How do I link my facebook and linkedin profile to the social media icon widget?

  When I copy the url from my facebook profile or linkedin profile and publish that, the link says “sorry this profile is unavailable.”

  But the same profile links do link properly under the menu social link option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @mollytalsma!

  The Social Media Icon Widget uses your username, not the full URL. It then takes the URL and builds the username for you.

  Try entering just the username portion into the widget and you should be good to go :)
