Social Media Icons.

I’m trying to add our social media icons onto our blog page’s mobile site to increase sharing of our posts.
I understand I need a widgit for this however have tried a few and they don’t seem to be fulfilling what I need.
I have social media icon links already in my sidebar etc on the website, so it’s largely just needed for the blog post pages on mobile.Can anyone suggest how I would go about doing this or a plug in that covers this?

Your site http://www.dovecomputers.com is a Self Hosted WordPress site, can you share the URL of the page you are looking for help with?
Also, if I understand better, are you looking to have a Social Media Embedded within your Posts, so when it is viewed on Mobile the link or the embedded social icon is visible?

Although you may be using WordPress software (theme) to create your site, this particular support forum is specifically to help sites which are hosted by WordPress.com.
