  Hello,

  I have a problem with my social media icons widget. When I click on “Add an icon” nothing happens. However, I erased the browsing data and deleted the cookies, but to no avail.

  Sure thing — are you able to see a field for the account URL, and if so have you filled that in?

  If you can’t see that, would you be wiling to test this in an incognito browser window to see if you have the same issue there? It’s possible you’e got an extension that’s conflicting somehow. Or, you could also try clicking add with your JS console open to see if an error appears there. If so, could you send a screenshot of that? You can upload it to your media library and update us here.

  I just can see one field for the account URL of my Facebook’s page.

  What is the JS console, please ?
