Social media icons in footer not header

  Hello community,

  I would like to move my social media icon bar to the footer instead of header using the academica theme. Is this possible? I would also like to add “Folllow Me Elsewhere” before the bar (similar to this website: http://www.tutorsnirvana.com/)
