Social media icons (not timelines) at the bottom of all pages

  Hello community,

  I would like to add social media icons to the bottom of my blog (all pages, including home page). I want it to look like this http://www.tutorsnirvana.com/features and clicking on each button will take you to my page on that site.

  I would like to add the icons to the space between the two orange lines at the bottom of my page.
