Social Media Icons showing blank

  I created the Social Media menu as per the instructions provided here — https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/social-links-menu/

  However, the icons appear to be blank. You can only see blank circles for each of the social media icons. When you click on any of them, the links seem to be appear fine but I would like to see the social media icons.

  Can you please help me with this issue? Please let me know if you need any additional information.
