  When I copy the link for a blog onto a post and it tries to pull a thumbnail photo, it does not pull any thumbnails.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there! Instead of copying and pasting a link, have you tried to either set up Publicize for your site, or manually use social media sharing buttons?

  You will also want to make certain that your Gravatar is set up properly:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/

  You can ask your other contributors to do the same.

  This is especially important if you haven’t set a Featured Image for each post:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/
