Social media links

  Hm,

  Just thinking that it’d be nice to have our social media buttons (other than the ‘Like’ us widget) link on the upper half of this template. I paid for access to the CSS, so I’m sure I can code somehow, but thought perhaps there was an easier route?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Which social media links? I see only a follow button in the bottom of the sidebar at http://psburnsurvivors.wordpress.com/ .

  Well, that’s what I mean … the links/buttons don’t exist yet. I meant is there a way to place them near the ‘Search’ field, just so that they’re above the front fold and very visible?

  You can put them in a text widget and position it wherever you like.

  Yes, a text widget can be positioned up and into the header area using CSS.

  And to finish my thought, if you get the icons into the text widget we can help you get them up there.

  I have the icons placed in to the text widget via HTML. Now I’m ready to place it into the CSS.

  Any ideas? :)

  My advice is to place them at the top of your sidebar above the Categories widget.
