Social Media links that share Homepage, not the current page

  Is there a plugin that allows me to add buttons to a page content that will share my site’s Homepage on Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc instead of sharing the current page url? Ideally something that can be used with shortcode.

  E.G, if I have a page:
  http://www.myblog.com/social
  …I want to add buttons that when clicked would share http://www.myblog.com and not the ‘social’ page itself.

  Sorry if it’s a dumb question. I’m only 20 hours into using wordpress for the first time. Thanks
