Social media Menu location

  Hello,

  Is there a way to move the Social link menu to the left of my logo ? something similar to this site https://thechicsite.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, are you talking about the self-hosted site you referenced in this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/edit-html-template?replies=8#post-2994594 ?

  If so, the best place to get info on how to do this would be in the WordPress.org support forums. You can create a child theme and then move the social icon menu to the top into the header area.

  Hello.

  What does that mean”self-hosted” ?

  I am confused. How can I seek help from wordpress.org, since i am a premium user on wordpres.com , and my host is1&1 ?

  This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   I do not understand. I PAY at wordrepess.com for a premium user so i can build my website , but i LOOK for help at worpress.org ?

  Okay then that site is hosted by wordpress.COM and when thesacredpath logs in again he will help you with your CSS editing.

  Hi @darkydeeds, sorry about my confusion.

  When I asked about the other thread, I was talking about the following post you made in that thread:

  Given the structure of the HTML and the CSS on Dicot, it is not going to be possible to move the social menu to the top of your site. It’s not that it cannot be done, but some of the code I have to override causes other things on the theme to go wacky.
