  I have verified my pintrest site and I have a link to it on my blogroll but how do I get the pintrest image on my blog?

  If you are referring to the widget from Pinterest we cannot use JavaScript widgets on free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  I am just trying to put the follow me botton on my wordpress page. Its says to paste the code into your HTML but I don’t know how/where to do that.
