  I can not find the way to add social media plugs/icons to my menu or side bar.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot add plugins to a wordpress.com blog, but there are numerous widgets you can add to connect and display your social media accounts on your blog. The best would be to go to the main support page, here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ and type the name of the social media platform you want to add in the search box.
