social media share buttons not working correctly

  Hello,

  The Facebook and Twitter share buttons no longer display the specific post when I share them from the post. They use to display the media and the post title. Now they only display the text, ‘grayenote.com’.

  I went in to settings and removed these share buttons and then added them again, but that did not help.

  How can I correct this problem?
