Social media sharing plugin integration?

  Hello Support,

  I have a site ravenoxidal.wordpress.com that is hosted on wordpress.com. I came across a very neat solution for sharing from a company Engage Social, http://www.engage.social. They have a plug-in that works with WordPress.org and other hosted websites such as Weebly and Wix, but it requires adding a widget that has javascript code.

  Is there a way for me to add a custom widget onto my WordPress hosted site?

  I also want to suggest to Engage Social to create a plug-in for WordPress.com. Is there a resource or web page link that I can point them to?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javscript widgets or iframes can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.
