Social media sites aren't automatically posting my blog

  This is my first experience with WordPress. I recently started a free blog site with you, and thought I followed directions correctly when I signed up for automatic posting with Facebook and Twitter. However, I posted a blog several days ago, and have yet to see it on any of my social media sites. Wondering what went wrong? Thanks!

  Hi there, what is your twitter username/facebook link?

  Did you connect twitter/facebook before or after you published your single post?

  Hi dailyidiosyncrasies,

  Your account show Publicize connections for Facebook and Twitter. I’ve tested both connections from our end and they are working.

  ‘In a Crowded Exercise Class, it’s a Race to Claim your Space‘ was published on 15 Jul 2017 at 15:10. However, your social media accounts were connected a few hours later on the same day.

  As @justjennifer mentioned, social media accounts need to be connected before a post is published, or it won’t be shared to your accounts automatically.

  If you want to make sure Publicize is working correctly, try publishing a test post to see if it is shared on Twitter and Facebook.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.

  My blog posts are not posting to my facebook and twitter accounts although my settings are to publicize.

  Hi,
  I have the same problem. I have connected to twitter and facebook in the wordpress menu, but only on twitter my posts are shared. My last automatically post from wordpress was on the 30th of May. The posts from 13th june, 28th june and today were not shared to facebook. I have checked the connection in the wordpress menu, but there is all right.

  The post from totay I have manually shared in facebook with the blog link. There I had no problems.

  May you please check the connection to facebook?

  The email was sent to the address on your Account Settings page. Please also check your spam folder in case it has gone there. It was sent from help@wordpress.com.
