    Hi
    I am looking to see if WordPress fits my site requirements.

    I am looking for the ability for users to create there own profile, share posts/pictures, join events/add events, create groups.

    Is this possible using wordpress or would this be to advanced.

    It’s possible with WordPress using a plugin like BuddyPress, or there may be similar plugins available now. I’d recommend searching for BuddyPress and BuddyPress alternatives to see what’s out there.

    Just note if you’re running the site here with our services (as opposed to running your own copy) you’d need a Business Plan to run that on our servers, due to the extra complexity and infrastructure requirements of supporting a site with outside plugins:
