social media widget

I’m trying to add a social media widget. After I’ve added all the widgets I want when I hover over the icons a red circle with a line through it shows up and I can’t click on the icon.

Hi @theproteantraveler,
Can you share the link of your site where this is happening?

I’m having a similar issue to the original poster. I inherited a WP site for a club l am a member of and I updated the theme to Liquido.
In the upper right hand corner, the site already has four social media widget icons I’m hoping to delete three or all four of the icons and links because we only use a FaceBook page outside of this site.
I cannot for the life of me find where I can edit or delete this social media links. I have gone through the live preview editor -> I get the same red circle and line error the original poster noted and I cannot locate them in the “Widgets” tab or “Links” tab under the full customization modules.

Update to the above, just found that under the live preview with the black bar header that shows my login information and the different WP editing options, if l navigate to the Dashboard gauge icon next to the site’s name and then “Menu”, that’s where the social media icons and links are hiding.
